First, I agree with everyone else that "he" should be honest and tell the BI all about the expunged charge. However, like scott's area...if a charge is expunged here, it's pretty much vapor. There will be no computer record of the offense and the case jacket in the clerks office will be sealed and only opened subject to a judge's order. BI would just have to take your word for it that you were ever charged.
