We dont have any of the new fandagled stuff. We have to buy our own recorders. It seems most agencies have the same CAD system of recording calls and stops.
Now as far as the stop cards. I feel they are not going to be of any real value until they add another box on them. Once you put down that the stop was for a Hazardous violation or an equipment violation, the race of the person becomes a non-issue. The only way the card will work is if you put a box that says -- Reason for stop; I stopped this person for no reason at all.
