Any Capitol Police officers?

I'm new here, this site appears to be a great resource for someone looking to become a sworn LEO. I'm finishing up a 4 year criminal justice degree in the next couple months and am getting ready to start applying to a few different agencies. I'm currently working as a non sworn park ranger in the MD area. Its basically a municipal park law/code enforcement job without the benifits, rights, and tools of being a sworn LEO,lol. My number one choice right now for an agency would be the US Capitol police due to its starting pay, agency size, and opportunity for advancement. I was just wondering if there happened to be and Capitol Police officers on this board that would be able to answer a few questions reguarding the job.

I'm planning on applying to US Park as well :D . From what I can gather about the USCP, it looks to be on the same page as the SS uniform division for the first few years. Then you have the opportunity to brach out and do more conventional LE work.

I'm sure working for USPP you come incontact with some of the other DC federal LE agencies on a daily basis. Any thoughts/ advice?
