i doubt i'd ever charge anyone with bribery. i've had some good peep shows. some were far better than others. drunk chicks sometimes do it. they'll either be really grumpy and cuss you out or really inquisitive about your personal life and what it would take to get out of the DWI. i just laugh it off. their propositions look good on tape. defense attorneys have a hard time when their client starts prostituting out to get out of the charge. i've responded to calls where the lone female complainant wants you to come in for a while and she's only wearing an unbuttoned shirt. anytime you get a prowler call or suspicious noise at 2am with a female complainant and they want contact, be on your guard. most people just want you to check. in those instances, i use the "sorry, i have calls holding" line. i had one that wanted to report a theft. i get there and no one answers. dispatch calls and this 20-something female says to come on into the house and she'd be in a back bedroom. while tactically this isn't very sound, i'd been there before and knew what i was getting into. i walked back and found her lying in the bed wearing a very loose t-shirt and nothing else. i wouldn't go into the room. i stood at the doorway, got just enough to get by and left. i kept the audio running on my video just in case. i also wrote a small incident on it just to CYA.

even in a non-violator situation, you get propositioned. i don't think it would be far fetched to say that a big female fantasy is to sleep with a cop.

the only downside to the whole thing is it can really crap on your career if you take it too far, do it in the course of duty, or agree to the favors thing. i can't say carrying a badge never got me laid; it has, but those encounters were all outside of work. it's kind of like wearing a wedding ring at a bar. some women like a challenge.

but since you're married, JUST SAY NO! it doesn't happen all the time, but it can.
