In my area, things are getting really flooded, cars are being literally washed away, and my city (so says the news) in running VERY short of police/fire workers...and I'm going to ask them if I can direct traffic, so they can help the people are under 6ft of water (and rising fast)...stupid hurricane Ivan's effects are hitting us now (wheeling WV)...and it's bad...cars are getting pulled in, I saw a transformer blow up earlier, the creeks are WAY above flood stages...parking lots are litterally swimming pools....
But..my question is..can anyone give me a few pointers for directing traffic at a 4 way intersection (but it's basically only a three way right now, because the bridge has been totally overrun by the water.........so I guess at a 3 way intersection..
Thanks!
