dear cop i would like to ask u something.my future husband just go to usa in chicago to visit his friend and he got problem with the custom or imigration i m not sure with that and they been holding him for more then 24 hours.
i dont know about the rules there but as i know in usa u can buy or rent a porn film if your age is adult enough to see.
the situation is that his friend ask him to bring porn vcd from thailand.

and when he call me he said they been holding me for more 24 hour becauce they see me bring that porn vcd and that he been stay in my place indonesia that long.
is it wrong to bring that vcd to usa for a present?

is it wrong that if he stay in indonesia that long to see me?

not every indonesian people bad a s i know.

my question is why they have to hold him?

can u explain it to me what is under police custody mean?

is it necessary to wear prissoner clothes when u still questioning by police?

he is a singaporean citizen and i m indonesian citizen.
