Even if we pay the monthly fee for a parking placard for it? Or it is parked in the space we pay for? I mean, my driveway is technically public view, but it is private property

It don't matter the property weather yours or not the car still must be up to current status or it is considered a Aban. I will tow it w/o asking questions. Where I work a Aban is any car left w/o permission for the period of 10 days w/o movement.
