I noticed you said this guy is your friend. My advice is to put as much distance between him and you as possible, because when his world comes crashing down (and it will, eventually), you don't want to be caught in the wreckage.

Some school administrators have a waffle shaped yellow streak right up their backs. Doing nothing suits them well, "we don't have a problem unless we recognize one", or "this will make us look bad". Some principals are just following orders from the school district elite.

Your local Narcotics Task Force (DTF) can take the info you have without attaching a name. Have specific info including names, addresses, friends & who you see with them, where they go, describe their cars, how you came to know this, etc. Do not expect the DTF to get back to you on their progress. And once you make that step, TELL NO ONE, that means nobody else, period, no matter how much you may trust that someone (includes posting or chatting here). Once you have reported it, go back to working on school stuff, you did your part. Stay clear of dopers, they are untrustworthy, they are only loyal to money and dope.

I agree....schools are nothing but trying to hide the facts. Sadly, my daughter's middle school can't hide their crime static (sp? I'm sleepy head), I manage to check with the School PD and it pops up on my screen nicely. Lie, lie, lie is all the school officials can think of protecting their school. Even one boy was dead on the track after the P.E. teacher made him run without letting him catch his breath. He was a 6th grader asthmatic teen. A decent, never socialized with gang nor affliated with any one of them. His family was suing the school and the coach.

Then basically after contacting them, with all of my information, they'll invesitage it...or act on it? Because the information that I'm going to give them is the 100% unaltered truth.

Hopefully, this will allow him to learn that crime, literely doesn't pay. ;)

When I said that you've already done enough, I was more leaning toward this explanation. Of course you should tell the proper authorities. I assumed you had given the proper information to proper folks.

Once you have supplied the right people with the right information, I was suggesting you stay clear. Getting any more involved would put you in harm's way also.

Take the information to the police dept. whether you have a certified officer at school who is just being lazy or the school cop is really a security guard you need to go higher. Find an officer to talk to. If that one won't help ask for another. You need to do the right thing, just as you have been trying to do.
