Good wiring. Make sure you're not gonna kill your battery. You even have an alternator? I doubt the cigar lighter will send enough current to power a lightbar. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby. Fuse everything. Don't try to pull people over. I hope you're not gonna drill holes in the 'mower, I hope it's mag-mount...

I won't try to pull people over. If I have to drill holes, I'll do it in a stron. The cigar lighter will be for the lights I already have. The'll be on a seperate battery. I'll definetaly do a fire extiguisher
