Look, why did you even ASK the question is you're gonna sit here and defend one side and not take the advice of the people you asked? If you were in a car with this guy and I found dope on him, you can believe me, that you get charged with accessory. YOU KNOW he does it, you are a reasonable person, and should REASONABLY know what he's up to. SO, therefore yes.
