why don't you just go through his trash, AFTER he throws it away. It's public domain and usually carries a lot of information with it.

if you have his address, couldnt you just call the utility company or post office and ask them?
I do what I can do when I can do it.
hmmmm, im not sure about the post office....but i know all utility companies have the privacy policy (just like AOL and AT&T) so they wont be able to tell me any information.
Recondo...i sent you a pm. Thanks
oh, and i've never heard of a guy named Jenni ;)
maybe I should restate this. his trash is public domain. If you want it that damn bad enough , go through it, find an old bill, letter, business card, whatever.

Just a little food for thought. This is a public forum and you never know what the motives are for finding info on someone. On two occassions I handled locates for people that turned out to have restraining orders against them. As a policy, when dealing with the general public, I always run a quick background first.

Cheers. ;O)
I am a PI, and if a person wants an address for process service or other legal issue we always verify the court order.

if you have his email address, his IP should be in the header. get it from that and do a whois.
lol, im not that computer literate...how would i do that?![]()
That won't give his name or anything useful really. It will only determine that his ISP is AOL, and ION has already tried that route.Originally Posted by P01IC3M4N
running a whois commonly shows the person registered with the IP. the only way it wouldn't is if AOL has the opt-out option on the whois.
