I recieved a note from the above bureau just letting me know my case will be reviewed by a prosecutor and transferred to Superior Court unless it is nollied (thrown out). It is your typical courtesy letter. Also it states that if I have any additional info or documents which could be considered in my case to please send by a certain date.
MY question is, should I send them anything? I drive for a living and I am not even sure if this will effect my licence if it were to be submitted to the court. When I go to court if I have to, I will state that I was just trying to get around the median on a lawful U-turn when my car began to hesitate so I hit my gas hard and the wheels made noise. My car is a Taurus, front wheel drive. It is not a hot rod by no means. As I stated before in a post, the area is a known cruise night spot so the activity is high. Thank you for your time.

Why do people come here looking for help on how to beat the system? Most of us put them in the system.

the system is flawed, its made by humans, humans give tickets and its made to be beat because many times humans are WRONG!

Is it human error to be speeding or just to be caught speeding (smirk).... or wait, Ive got it, ....the human error only occurs when the officer stops you and writes the ticket.........yeahhhh, thats it

If a person violates the law, and no Deputy is near to see the violation, is it really a violation?

and if you weren't speeding but accused? there's your error pal and thats why there are courts because human error runs rampant...jeez

the answer for me would still be yes since murders most of the time aren't done in the presence of police officers and its still illegal..unless it was my adulterous wife and I was in Pakistan or something. And there's the question of if it would be a violation if i was in another country. It might be a violation here but not a violation elsewhere.
