I just got a call about 5 minutes ago for a captains Interview. This is the second to last step. I have been in this whole process since January. If he likes you then you go to the chief and if he like you he offers you a job, but then there is still the psych and medical. All this is for a academy that’s starts on July 11. How should I prepare myself, Should I study like I did for the oral board or is it a different kind of interview? This has gone from 200 people in the written test down to about 12 and they are hiring 7. This is for the Berkeley Police department in California. Please help Monday is very soon.
