DWI on ATV's

DUI in PA must be on a road or ANY publicly used way , meaning a parking lot of a mall, gas station etc. If a person is intoxicated on his own property driving around on an ATV, it is no violation. On public lands, one cannot be under the influence on an ATV/snowmobile but instead of a DUI it is a traffic ticket because it is not on a road.
