whoa, yeah file the complaint and let them take it from there. something is not right. should have been handled differently. take pics of the holes in the house, i mean yes further investigation is needed here...

Are the bullets lodged in the house, or did they punch right through? Surely there can be more investigation of this... You can tell trajectory etc from the bullet holes... They should be able to figure out at least if it was accidental or malocious...

bullets are lodged right in the house. 4-6 of them between upper and lower floor.
