    Anyone know??

    What the heck did I see Chicago?? :confused:
    1st vehicle looked like a SWAT truck in shape, color and lights on it. But it was plain black and it had cables and a satallite dish on top. Behind it was a plain black van with a spot light on the outside passanger side. Behind the van was a plain black SUV with all windows (except windshield) darkly tinted. It also had a spot light on the outside passnager side.

    If they were undercover, they suck at it. FBI? CIA? MIB?

    Could it have been subway workers? Maybe they had the lights cuz they have to drive underground and the satallite was to link up with computers?
