Well I got the letter in the mail yesterday. As of 6/9/04 my license is suspended for 6 months, and I have never even got a speeding ticket!! I got a ticket for failure to signal when there wasn't even a car behind me, and following too closely. It sucks because if you get more than 4 points on your license before you are 18 its suspended. What I was wondering is there any way to possibly keep it from getting suspended ie: go to court...I need my car I just graduated high school and I'm going out of state to college in a few months, and I have a job I have to get to every day. On the letter I got in the mail it said in big bold letters NO RESTRICTIVE LICENSE AVAILABLE.
Is there anything I can do to possibly keep my license or at least get a limited license to go to and from school and work?

A suspension of the opps means you didn't pay a ticket and they might hav issued a warrent for your arrest for non compliance with the judgement or for not showing up for court. You don't need to have a speeding ticket to just get suspended. They can suspend your opps (license) for any moving and and some non moving violations. Call the magistrates or the court and ask whats going on. But your in deep doo doo.
