Who would you pull over first

In the event that you see several people speeding, who would you pull over first. Now they are all doing ~80 in a 65.

Woman putting on lipstick in her SUV doing 80
rider on a cruiser doing 82
rider on a sportbike doing 80
young kid in suped up mustang doing 82

Please explain why you would pull one over the other.

I'm guessing he's the "young kid in suped up mustang doing 82" and got a ticket.
I love answering this one on the side of the road. Here's how it usually goes:

Them: "Why did you stop me when everyone else was speeding, too?"

Them: "Sure I have"
Me: "Did you ever catch all the fish?"

I'd go after either the kid in the mustang, or the one on the cruiser. They are doing 82, the others are doing 80. I'd grab the plates off the 3 cars I didnt pull over, and send them a letter telling em to slow down.

Let's get one thing clear, I don't run from LEO and I don't own a piece of crap mustang. Just curious, I thought that you guys would stop the guy on the sport bike first. ..
