Is it true starting this June I forget the specific day, but not wearing your seatbelt is reasonable cause for them to stop you?

Are talking about click it or ticket??Thats just a champagne that is designed to help keep you safe. When they talk about click it or ticket it means that when you get pulled over you are getting a seatbelt ticket if your not wearing one, no questions asked. As far as a seatbelt being pc to stop i havn't heard anything.

The radio ads say; "If you are pulled over *and* you are not wearing your seatbelt, then you will get a ticket."
I interpreted that to mean it's not a primary offense, so they won't pull your for it. But if you drive for long enough I'm sure they could find a violation to pull you over for.
