How can i defend this ticket in court?

So i got a speeding ticket when i wasn't speeding, i followed my friends to burgerking to eat and got there after them.. They infact were speeding but i wasnt. I was supposedly paced but the officer but he was no where in site. And on my ticket it was just written exceeded posted speed limit but he did not indicated what the speed limit was on the ticket. I am getting a ticket for something i didnt do and this is my 2nd infraction because i was involved in a accident 4 months earlier. Failure to yeild the right of way but i never saw the other car. But if im convicted of this i lose my license until im 18... I want to know if i can apply for a diversion on this ticket or what please help me my court date is tomorrow!!

It is kind of strange that there is no actual speed on the ticket he was given. Wouldn't that make it a disobeying a traffic sign violation instead of speeding? Since the LEO didn't put what the speed limit was on the ticket couldn't he argue that the officer didn't know what the speed limit was on the road? It is also kind of hard to determine an amount for a fine if there is no definate speed above the speed limit. Isn't it usually a set amount plus an additional bit for each mph over the speed limit?

Yes............seems very thin. But for the state or court who knows. LOL

BTW, you need to work on your spelling, grammar and punctuation. When you refer to yourself, you need to use a capital "I", not a lower-case "i". Likewise, "Burger King" is two words, both of which are to be capitalized since they make up a proper name.
Also, the correct word is "you", not "u" when talking about another person.
"Shouldn't" is a contraction and requires an apostrophe, and you should have used "you're" (again with an apostrophe) instead of "your" since you were obviously not intending to use the possessive form.
Your basic sentence structure and subject-context also need work.

Now is there anything else I can help you with?

(And yes, I may be old-fashioned but I do believe that a demonstrated proficiency in the English language should be a prerequisite for a driver's license and internet access as well as for voting, parenting and gun ownership.)
kome on dc, y cant we just git along! Not evry 1 kan spull as gud as us.

Seriously........we shouldn't be knit picky with questions from people in need of honest answers.

We have a section called Safe Speeds. It indicates driving at an unsafe speed. No need to put an actual number.

    May be we should re-write the instructions in the back of the tickets ;

    Such as !!!!!

Yo man you got screw and it's not full cool!!!
Step 1---- Yo man .... if you did not do that **** then fight fight fight!!!
Step 2----- Yo man .... put your loose jeans and yo shirt and put an X(cause that is probably the only letter you know in the alphabet).... In the NOT GUILTY box...If you can't read ask a YO friend to tell you where it is!!!

Step 3---- Yo man don't forget not to get drunk with your buddies the night before court appearance....

Step 4---- Yo man .. you've got to tell that as***** judge that you got screwed by a bad bad cop....
Step 5 ---- yo man you've got all the good instruction now..... SEE YO !!!! :D

There as to be something wrong with the instructions in the back of these damn ticket!!!! :D
