    Junior LEO Programs/Questions

First off, I am 15, and although I realize that's a young age, I am still very interested in law enforcement as my future profession. I go to the Explorers program here in Carson City, but am wondering if there are any other programs that would help me get more oriented in the LE world.

Also, I plan on getting Army experience to meet the requirments for becoming a leo. Naturally, I would think choosing Military Police as my MOS would be a good choice for LE in the future. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks.

See you your state police have any student trooper program , I wanted to go to MSP's, but can't because of work. Other than that, the best things you can do are stay away from drugs, work hard in school and just stay out of trouble.

College, its becomeing more and more important, at least get a 2 year degree. I don't think it really matters what feild its in(as long as you don't want to get into forensics or stuff like that), so pick something that intrestes you and that you'll do well in. I would get that degree before I would do military.

And as far as what MOS, i suggest doing something other than MP so that incase LE doesnt work out for you for some reason, you'll have something to fall back on.
