If someone is a registered sex offender doesnt the tenants in the biulding have the right to know. If so how can i find out if i think someone is a sex offender. is there a website or something.

Yeah...but I can only tell you that you will have to do a google for it...ours is on our State Legislature page...I think the front page to Real Police has this feature as well in one of the drop down menu's.

In California you can go to your local sheriff's office and they will show you a list of all the offenders in your area. There has been talk recently about putting it online, but that has not happened yet.

In the UK you are not allowed to know, in some ways its a good thing in others not so good.

Allow you to search by zip code and city or name or person...

Florida has an even better one... It shows all different types of crime, and also their release date, classification, if and when they are going to be released from community supervision, and a full mug shot.

In Florida the FDLE website has a link and in my county we have a monthly newsletter with pictures and addresses of the scumbags.

Believe it or not:
I live in a 250 home subdivision, there is on average 2 leo's on each street, there are six streets. At one intersection there are 4 leo's, within the group of homes there is a registered sexual predator who lives in a house right in the middle. By the way, we all have take home cars. So, it is obvious who are leo's.

There are also 2 more sex offender in the subdivision. I live in a decent newer subdivision, scary........

Just take note, there are some silly offenses that can get you put on the sex offender list...so the tenant isn't automatically a pedophile if he's on it.

Pissing in Public...I think that used to be one of them...It may or may not have been taken off. But that is a "silly" offense...for 25 years...If I can hold it...well...
