    ST Paul Law on scanners

    Ok
There is a law in St Paul
about people that are able to receive police signals
now this law was written sometime ago, i dont know the exact date , but if i remember right sometime in the 1930's
Now since this law has not been changed and it has not been taken off the books, i believe its still valid, unknown if ST paul police officers even know about it, i will try to find the law and post it

    Thanks

    ST Paul Scanner Law

    Ok here it is
    I found it
    http://www.ci.stpaul.mn.us/code/lc234.html

There is an active law also just for the City of St Paul regarding scanners
    ***Also
if you read it, it also says any radio that can also be used in detection, now radar guns operate on radio frequencys too so maybe if some officer could also interpet that said law could also apply to radar detectors, Laser would not apply to this.
    Thanks
