You can always get a waiver for the military. Plenty of people get into the military this way. You can get a waiver for almost anything. Stay clean from now on though.

If you are only 15, then I wouldn't be too concerned just yet. If you are no longer hanging out with those bad people and if you have stopped all drugs, then just keep your nose clean from now on.
If I were you, I would bolster my resume with some volunteer activities. It won't make up for all the bad choices, but it will let them see that you are serious about turning your life around (plus you help your community!!).
Good luck. If being a cop isn't in the cards for you, don't fret. There are many jobs out there that you might love too.
