Hello,
Seems like a cool site. Have a question. If someone uses another person's data to acquire a credit card - but - pays the account on time, and keeps it in good standing, is this illegal?

I had my wallet ganked at work in my locked office. They got my work ID, badge, credit card (i called and canceled it), SS card, voter reg card, selective service card, list of all my buddies numbers on it, $4 mesely dollars in cash and all my MFR cert papers.......
