    more about my travel.

    hi,

maybe you remember i was telling you about my next travel to your country. well, we´ll be there in july with next plan.
new york, buffalo, niagara, philadelphia, washington and takes a flight to las vegas, grand cannyon, san francisco, los angeles, flight back to ny and to spain again.
it will takes 18 days and we will rent a car from ny to was and from lv to la. so i ask your help. can you tell me more spots to visit (i take good note about the others you tell me) between my basics cities?, do you think it´s safe to drive by this roads? can you tell me where can i buy an us roads map (in the web)?, can you tell me any police shop in this cities to buy things for my job?
thank you very much and i´ll be impatient waiting for your answers.

    see you

It will be hot and humid in July on the east coast. 80's to 90's every day ( fahrenheit) West coast will be hot but not as humid. Even though your stay is brief, consider joining the AAA ( American Automobile Assoc) aaa.com. For about $42 per year you can get free maps, tour books ( which cover all states and big cities with ideas of what to go see, how much to get in , where they are etc) plus you gan get free towing ( up to 3 miles) and free lockout service.

Drving around in the big cities can be intimidating, a GOOD map really helps.

While you're in San Francisco be sure to see Lombard Street (crookedest street) and eat at PJ's Oyster Bed...as for the police supply store, Butlers on 9th Street has a fair amount of goods.
"It's snowing still," said Eeyore gloomily. "So it is." "And freezing." "Is it?" "Yes," said Eeyore. "However," he said, brightening up a little, "we haven't had an earthquake lately."

I was just in Niagara Falls yesterday - what a friggin' tourist trap!!!
    A few things I discovered:
You can't park your car anywhere for free, unless your hotel allows it. Parking is wicked expensive, plus they don't have enough spaces even if you are willing to pay. Try to avoid getting a hotel room in Niagara Falls or closeby there -- they are expensive. We just got a hotel room at the Marriott Courtyard - king bed, view of the falls from the window, and a jacuzzi -- for $77/night.
Go to the IMAX theatre -- they have the most amazing movie on Niagara. Also go on the "Maid of the Mist" - the boat that takes you on the water so you are literally 10 feet away from where the Falls hit the water below.
If you are into american baseball, Cooperstown houses the Baseball Hall of Fame - and that is on your way from NY --> Niagara Falls.

What kinds of things are you interested in? Philadelphia is close to NYC, also Atlantic City....
