    michigan driver liscense breathalizer

    is it true that the small picture on the right of the michigan driver liscense fades if you blow on it will intoxicated?

    I have never heard of that but it would be pretty dang cool if it was true. We could save alot of money by just using the suspects license.LOL! Even if the picture on the license fades if blown on while intoxicated, it still does not give out a numerical reading. I kinda like to know "how" intoxicated is someone.

    i've heard from people (NOT ME) who have gotten drunk and have tried blowing on their license and nothing happened. eavesdropping is so much fun..

    No Marine, as a Michigander, I can tell you that you are blowing on the wrong side! Its the black strip on the back that changes color. Kinda like a mood ring. Sucking on a copper penny (real copper, pre-1958) will keep the strip from changing color.

    The old copper penny trick may fool the computer strip on the back but it most certinly will not fool the Data Master or the Breathalyzer, nor will caugh drops or anything the like.
