I need to know what steps I need to take. I know a Business where the workers do drugs sometimes at work, have them brought to them, and leave work to get them and the boss knows this but does nothing about it and i dont want a company like this in my commuinty help!

Go see an investigator at your local police .... He will evaluate your info and deal with them professionnaly and discretely ....
Just don't brag around about what you know .... be discrete and tell your information to the appropriate officer who will do something about it eventually. Just barging in your boss office will only identify you as a stool and you will be put aside ...
Go tell the proper authority.... Local police force!!!!

tip your local cops. See if you can come up with a schedule or such and tell your local cops. Whether or not you're a competing business I really don't care ;)
