wonder if they have policies for little portable fans for those places that you can't run the AC

Hi, im new here and are currently in a CRJ major in college. I am also a car nut :D . while the subject is here, do any of your departments ever consider the benefits of performance mods to the cruisers? ie aftermarket exhust, intake, the like? I know some have the great option to have sports car interceptors ie mustangs cameros and wonder if they are modded as well. I know most PD cars already have heavy duty suspension but what about the rest of it?

NO performance mods. We are a TAXPAYER supported entity. Our cars cost enough money and although may not be as fast as the fastest cars on the road, they DON'T need to be. We have BETTER ways to spend our money on other NEEDED equipment than "go fast" stuff.
Now if you wanted to fund performance upgrades to my cruiser, I would gladly accept them.,

especially since its about a maybe a 1 in three chance of that car getting wrecked at some point.

thank you.... I always thought they were common issue for the police cars...all of the cars here have them.
