    Question suspected brothel

    A guy at work here was telling me he just moved into a new apartment in the city last month. His apt. building is behind a new looking building. His TV faces the back sliding patio door (he lives on the 3rd fl) and he can see the rear of this building. He told me that he has noticed an incredible amount of activity of guys coming and going at 10pm-past midnight on the weekends. The sign in front of this building says, "Acupuncture". Being the nosy person that he is he started to set up his own surveillance on this place (with popcorn mind u!). He says during the week there aren't many guys that come at night... but Friday and Saturday he said its crazy. And of course he knows not that many people need acupuncture at say 1130pm.... so he called the local police and told them what he has seen for the past month. Well to his surprise the PD already knows about it but CAN'T do anything about it YET.

    So what's the deal? Can LE push this establishment out of town? What are they waiting for?
