chances?

need advice,Im 37 and been on my non le job for 19 yrs,have been a reserve deputy for 1 year solo patrol,want to begin to apply at agency's soon,have a clean driving record,no accidents ever,re-married and responsible,my credits not that bad,I have an arrest from 3yrs ago that i had expunged,had no conviction because charges got dropped but the kicker is that the allegations that led to the arrest was violating a protective order and simple battery all of which was false,like I said its not in the system because I had the arrest expunged by a judge,but I tell the truth when it comes to the question" have you ever been arrested" I have solid references and am well known in my area.....what am I up against in explaining this arrest? in the le world? at my current status as a deputy,I had an Interview/poly/pysch and was accepted,but will it go that smooth everywhere?
