its not the size of the dog, but the size of the fight in the dog! this is true to a degree, just understand as has already been mentioned that you may be prone to having more people try and test you because of your size. and DONT i repeat DONT get caught up in the little man syndrome. not everyone out there wants to kick your butt because you are smaller than they are.

Thoughts from a non cop. If I ever rob a store and have some cop blocking my way, I'd bet I'm more likely to try to tackle my way out if it's a female cop your size, and I don't think martial art is gonna help much when a 6ft 190lb guy tackle you full speed (yes I know, I'm nowhere as "big" as some member here, but I am one of the fastest on soccer field. :p )

I doubt he's going to tackle her if her roscoe was trained dead on his head. And I believe she would be drawn if it was a robbery in progress.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but the use of course continum can be adapted based off your size and the size of the subject you are up against. If you are a tiny little thing going up against an uncooperative 6' 200 lb wrestler you can jump straight to a response that would be appropriate to control the subject.
