    Routine processing?

Okay, this is going to be hard to explain but i'm going to do my best.
There is this game, it's a online RolePlaying game, take real life and place it into this game and you
will find no difference. It's hard to explain all of it but that's not the point.
We use ten codes(even though they are not used anymore), we know simple LE knowledge.
I just want to know a few things, from the real law enforcement out there to improve my knowledge
    for the sake of roleplaying.
Steps on what to do when pulling someone over(traffic stop).
Steps on what to do when coming opon a high risk traffic stop.
Steps on what to do when coming opon a man/woman with a weapon drawn.
Any other general advice to law enforcement would help to.
This all may seem confusing, if so just ignore everything but my questions.

Pull your gun out, shoot em if they move funny.

Steps on what to do when coming opon a man/woman with a weapon drawn.
Pull your gun out fast, shoot em and then shoot em again if they move funny.

Put your self through the police academy and then you will know. I'm not posting information that could give criminals info on how we conduct ourselves. You are playing a game where you have the ability to restart, we cant restart our traffic stop after it starts getting dangerous.

What kind of weapon, how "drawn", who is that man/woman, what is he/she doing?

Like TexasCop said - you're not going to get any specifics on tactics/procedures here...
