In 2006 I got a well deserved exhibition driving ticket in Minnesota. I didn't fight it or Anything just payed the fine. I am wondering will that ever come off my driving record? If so how many years or can I take a course?

Depends on the state. In Oregon, it would be gone by now, but I have no idea about Minnesota. You could drop by a DMV office and ask someone there.
Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack & Michelle Obama do with mine

and it a young me in a big truck and did a burnout in a parking lot. and there was an officer about 100 ft away.
In PA , the record of the offense is permanent. The points would not be. Not sure about your state.
