Hello.....
I am getting ready to apply to the NJSP soon however, I have some questions that may help me decide If I am wasting my time.
1. I was arrested 11 years ago for driving with a suspended license - went to court, saw the judge, paid the fine of $150
2. I received a ticked in 2007 for an improper left turn, I received two points on my license after conviction, paid that fine of $20.
3. Got involved in an accident in 2009” my quarter panel grazed the car in the next lane ", Officer detailed the accident as no fault” citing roadway debris” No ticket issued, no judgment.
3. I tried marijuana when I was 19, never did it again.
I am 32, matured, married with 2 children moved to the top of my current workplace, and pride myself on ethics & due diligence and documented on my performace reviews.
Is there anything here you believe will disqualify me from moving forward in a selection process, especially the background investigation?
I sincerely appreciate your honest feedback.
