When I stumbled upon this web site, I debated seriously whether to ask my question because of the backlash I might get. But since the forum title was "ask a cop" I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. I wondered if you were mature enough to handle an adult question and sadly, I found the answer was no. You men have no ability to look at laws objectively. You see everything through the lens of your obsessive need for control. You wrote in exactly the same way as my obsessive/compulsive boss speaks. Instead of knowing the laws and enforcing them without bias, you use the laws like a club to hurt people you don't like.
Why do you participate in a discussion group when you have no desire to discuss? This web site is supposed to be an exchange of ideas. You are supposed to be experts who give out reliable information. Yet what you actually did was bad mouth someone you have never met and know nothing about. How is that reliable? What I found here I could have found in any AOL chat room. You dissapointed me greatly. And don't bother telling me how much you don't care and that you'll "see me out on the street". I already watched an episode of "Law and order" this week and I've had my fill of stereotypes. Go to hell all of you. Better yet, read a Bible and learn how to not go to hell. Post this question on any other internet forum--be it cops, teachers, car salesmen, air conditioning repairmen, etc--and you'll get the same answers. The fact is that the only people who like weenie waggers are other weenie waggers. If you want an exchange of ideas that will better suit you, you'll probably be a lot happier on a sex offender forum. Have a great night!

No you didn't, you knew the answers you were going to get and wanted the opportunity to bang your fists and vent your feelings to cops without worrying about getting locked up for it. You seem more interested in talking bad about your boss than getting an answer to your question anyway.

A couple laying on a private beach completely naked is a wonderful thing for them. Nudity should not be forced upon the public in general for the self satisfaction of a person whose only intent is to shock others or excite himself. Nudity in seclusion with others (nudist colony) is nobody's' business as long as it is self-contained and controlled by willing participants. To run naked in areas of public access is selfish self satisfaction at the cost of arrest and public ridicule. If you truly like being naked, there is nothing wrong with it. Do it in your house (with the blinds shut) or on your private beach.

As a police officer I would use the existing laws in my jurisdiction to arrest you whether it be a violation or a misdemeanor. It is not your right to go out in public and offend ANYBODY including me.
