I have just recently been promoted to sargent in my explorers post. As a new sargent, I would like to come up with ways to help improve our explorers post. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you should ask your fellow Post members to meet you outside of meetings. I am new to the program myself, and wish we would do that. You know, test each other on the codes, that sort of stuff.
