So how do I get verified
Blackgoat06

You must first send $1000.00, cash or check, to my residence.
Actually I outrank Greg so I get $750 , he gets $250.

In truth, I'm the verifier so I get $950 and Greg and mcsap get $25 each! :biggrin5:
Seriously, to get verified all you have to do is shoot me or one of the other verifiers a PM with the following info:
- First and Last name
- Department Name, City & State (if a large agency, include precinct/unit/etc)
- Department Phone Number
- A date and time that you can be contacted
The way it works is we call your department (not you directly) and find out first if the person who's name you gave us is truly a sworn officer. If so, we ask to speak to that person. If the department can transfer me to you, no problem, verification over once we speak and I ensure you are the person seeking verification. If they can't, or your not working, I leave a message with my full name and phone number at that agency. If you are truly the person requesting verification, you will be the only one who can get my message, and once you call me back, BAM! Verified!
So, sooner you get me that info, sooner I can get on your verification. You can also click here ( Supporting Member / LEO Verification (http://www.realpolice.net/forums/restricted-areas-supporting-members-96/96880-supporting-member-leo-verification.html) ) to read a bit more about it.
Oh, and Congat's to you!!

Oh, and Congat's to you!!
So in short, you have to transfer out of Central Arkansas to state that has a technology called a "telephone."
So the first week of the academy was on proper wearing of shoes? :biggrinjester:
Imagine how much time they spend during driving.
Day 1: "nunna yall have seen one a these. It's called a 'Mo Tor Vee Hick ill. Summa tha larger departments outta state have more than one."
This is giving me flashbacks to Switch's Kentucky descriptions..

That's no joke, his FTO type program is one of the longest I've ever heard of at about 6 months!

I forgot to tell you about the projects we have built in with our "PTO" program as well.
Very in depth and complicated involving a typed written report that we must present to supervisors. Also we have a VERY high turn over of rookies because of the super high bar set. I have talked to quite a few other officers at other local departments and so's and they have all heard of our "dreaded" pto program and say how easy theirs is.
Im pumped about it but super nervous. It makes me glad knowing out of the tons of people that applied i was the top of the barrel and if/when I make it through pto i will be in the less than 10% that make it which shows quality BUT its extremely nerve wracking and has me stressed to the max 24/7! lol
I'll probably have tons of questions and updates for you guys for sure!! And i definitely appreciate all the support- its easy to see that for the most part LE is the best fraternity/family ever.

Those Underwood No. 5's are tough. First time at the keys? (sorry, another Arkansas joke).
