Hey Everyone,

I'm filling out an application for a PD and am not sure how to proceed with the address history section. My issue is, my previous address was temporary so my wife and I never made it 'official' (bank, post office, driver's license, etc.) as the property is owned by my stepfather, who we unofficially rented it from. Should I include this address on the application or put what was our 'official' address at the time?

Thanks!

-Robert

Are you ready to possibly face disqualification if you don't include it, they find out, and they're not satisfied with your explanation of why you left it off?

Your address is officially where you rest your head at night, not where your bank mails your monthly statement.

Just include it.

I doubt they'll ask why you didn't update your address with the DMV, etc.. No one ever asked me in my dozens of interviews.....

I read the title of this thread and knew the answer was "Yes," before I clicked on it or got any further information at all.

If you have to ask "Should I include this?" the answer is yes.

OK guys, thanks for the responses! I think I'm guilty of over-thinking...
