Today, technology used in warfare and social control is becoming ever more prevalent in our society. Myself and the lives of others have been very negatively impacted, specifically by something called 'psychic' or 'psi' warfare, which I believe to be criminal in origin.

Currently this issue is beyond public awareness and I believe unless it receives attention our civil liberties will suffer immensely. I would therefore appreciate learning an familiarity your organization has of this issue and any interest in its communication.

This reminds me, usually I like the crazy people calls (I find them interesting, so long as they're not crazy and dangerous and just live in another plane of existence), but a couple weeks ago we got a call from a elderly lady who recently lost her husband and lost touch with the real world when that happened. She was a very sad soul, convinced lasers in the atmosphere would affect her health and kill her dog (her only companion left in life).

She was a really sweet old lady, and God bless her, completely out of touch with reality.

Guys like him are why I liked working the precinct desk on graveyard once every few months. All the people who are too crazy to sleep at night want someone to talk to and who else is up all night but the cops? It usually took a few hours to get the routine desk work done and then I had time to listen and talk to them when they called. If you have the time and the patience, they're a kick to listen to. Some of the theories are truly out of this world, but they sure believe them! But you have to have a good sense of humor to enjoy them.

Yeah, they're not stupid, just delusional. There was one we used to call the rat lady. She would always begin the conversation talking about the rats in the city (rodents, not politicians) and then end up telling you bizarre gossip about celebrities and their relationships with space aliens.

I have a distant relative who has some type of psychological illness. He was once a teacher before the condition deteriorated. He will research something to the bone if he has some interest in it. He actually doesn't really like police but is always nice to me if I see him at a function.

I always refer them to the FBI duty officer. It is good to keep that phone number available.

I referred the guy who save all his poo because he was being poisoned with invisible gas to the county health department. I told him to save a sample a day in tupperware containers for 6 weeks, then bring it all to the health department. I really hope he didn't remember my name when he showed up.
