The original article in the newspaper showed him with his gun strapped on over the overalls. He wore it like an old west gunslinger, down low on his leg!

Gotta love characters like that!

I think you have to have some sort of license to buy it in Oregon. A friend of mine, a retired OSP Sgt., used to use blowing up stuff with dynamite as a stress relief. I think "excavations" in his backyard led to at least one, if not more divorces.....
