Holy cow. If that's a representitive sample of your ability to communicate in writing, you will have a VERY hard time doing well on a written test.
To asnwer your questions:
-You can't "practice" a personality-trait test. Your personality (and its traits) are what they are, and practicing won't do you any good at all.
-We don't give out hints on what to expect with the testing process here. There are plenty of test prep manuals available for sale, but since there are literally HUNDREDS of different tests, any "sample questions" you get here will just be a pure guess on our part anyway. Some departments will give you a "study guide" but many don't.
You aren't expected to have any specific knowledge of Law Enforcement going in. They'll want to test your ability to reason, to problem solve, and to comprehend, retain, and use information given to you. That's not something you can easily practice on a practice test.
Good Luck-
