Hello,

so i am concerned about a portion of my background.
I had lost my job about 5 months ago and was not able to make payments on one credit card, and a dept store charge card. The both cards combined equals approximately $1,500. I have been sent to collections for that, and that is where they stand. I am going to try to male payments where i can, but it is very hard due to budget issues.
Do you think this will affect me if i am going to start the background process very soon??
Please note, that is all the debt that i have. I do not have any forclosures or bankruptcies or anything like that.

They will look at it, but they will also look at you being out of work for 5 months. You couldn't find ANY kind of job in that time?

No sir, i couldnt find a job. Ive applied at MANY places. Even mcdolalds had a hirong job fair. People with a BA were there trying to find a job as well.im in CA and the unemplpyment rate is pretty high.
