Ok, so I posted a previous thread that I am going on a ride along this coming Monday, and I will probably wet the britches.....I forgot to ask the Chief just what the dress code is for ride alongs. I have searched the internet and this forum but it all relates to CJ students and explorers.....all future job applicants. I am a civilian not in pursuit of a job.....would dress blue jeans be appropriate? It's kinda late in the game to call him now and ask. Help

When I did my ride-a-long I was told it was business casual (khakis and collared shirt). If I remember correctly she specifically stated no jeans. I'm guessing that would be a safe bet for most agencies. Hope that helps.
