Suspect charged in boy's attempted kidnapping arrested 103 times.
When is enough really enough?
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department charged 41-year-old Jerry White with Abduction of Children, and Assault of a Child Under 12 Wednesday afternoon. Officials say this is White's 103rd arrest in Mecklenburg County.
White was located by officers after warrants were signed. He was apprehended without incident, police said.
Police say most of White's prior charges are for non-violent offenses, but he has been charged with assault on a child before. Police say they are still reviewing his record.
"That is crazy that he is still walking around here in our neighborhood and he's been arrested that many times," said McCall.
