When attempting to start a new thread in the classifieds section, my posting permissions still shows not allowed to post attachments. I have over 20 posts. Is there something I need to do in order to put a picture with my post? Thanks.

You could also try to hotlink to tinypic...

Upload the photo to tinypic, and then use the [IMG] code tags it gives you to put them in the post.
