Hi my names Jared in i am wondering if my juvenile record will come up in my background check and what kind of questions do they ask on the polygraph

Yes, it will. Tell the truth to the investigator and see how it goes. If you're caught lying about any part of your background, no one will ever hire you.

What Things Disqualify You ? i have no adult criminal record and im able to pass a drug test and i have a certification to dispatch

Different agencies have different hiring standards (and thus different standards for what will or won't disqualify an applicant). You say you have no "adult criminal record" and able to pass a drug test, but that says nothing about your juvenile criminal records or what drug usage you used as an adolescent that you simply wouldn't test positive for now (though depending on the drug could still work against your favor).
Do you have a juvenile criminal record? Have you used illegal drugs in the past?

yea i have used drugs as a juvenile and a couple times as a adult i havent used since i was a 18 im 20 and ive only smoked pot and my charges as a juvenile are truency domestic probation violation and that was it those all happened when i was 13 threw 15 i havent been in any trouble since then or used
