I just applied for the FPS 1811 opening last week. Hopefully I should be reffered. I'm a Federal Air Marshal (1801) with a Top Secret SCI, former active duty military officer (combat arms), and a 10 point vet. I had to apply via the VEOA, because I'm in the excepted service and not competitive service. Plus it was a merit promotion. Time to wait. Anyone else apply?

I'm sure you'll have some replies shortly to answer your question, but I need to refer you to the TOS of the site here (http://www.realpolice.net/forums/forum-rules-65/91718-forum-rules.html) which specify that persons who claim LEO status need to be verified as such by the site.

This eliminates confusion from our members about who is or is not an LEO and you will get access to the restricted areas of the site.

Current 1801 FLEO. To be honest, I forgot which cities I applied. I usually stay away from the "big nasty" cities.
