Didn't happen unless there are pics of truck drivers taking off their shoes. :)

Besides TSA would randomly stop cars like Priuses and let trucks labeled Explosives go through because profiling is bad.

If it's secret, we would have heard about. I think I still have one of the posted Secret TSA manuals.

The Federal Air Marshals work with us at the border too checking commercial trucks. The FAM's under TSA have authority over all commercial transport... hence Transportation Security.... They have their viper team that does commercial trucks, busses and such. It's not done everywhere but you'll see it more and more especially around populated cities where they have the manpower to do it.
