Im from California and have already graduated my academy about a year ago. Does anybody have any information on departments that are hiring a lot of officers in this state or any other. I also would like to know witch departments are the most for giving when it comes to Backgrounds.

Uh, oh! That is a red flag if I ever heard one!

There are a lot of departments hiring, but it is super competitive. If you have anything close to a background hangup, you will have major problems. The things I highlighted suggests you may be unmarketable at the moment.

Check Texas.
